Fragment 9 — Call of the Wild
Today, like every day, is a beginning. Take a breath now as though nothing has gone before this moment.
Nature isn’t a destination we step into.
It’s a way of being.

The good news is that nature is always ready to claim us if we simply allow it.
The complete absence of effort.
You are surrounded by a million leaves, countless insects and birds. Do nothing. Allow them to go to work on you.
💡
Today’s practice: Step outside (or to a window). Stand. Let one non-human rhythm set your pace — wind, bird, branch, cloud. Breathe with it for thirty seconds. Do nothing more.
Let nature move you. When you stop forcing, you begin to belong.
Begin again from there.
