Today, like every day, is a beginning.
Nothing dramatic. Nothing forced.
Just a breath.
A pause.
A small act of stillness.
As you read this, take one breath with me.
Let’s start with an exhale.
At the bottom of your exhale,
perhaps you notice a fragment of stillness.
Perhaps you don’t.
Relax. Let go.
Feel your body naturally expand
as the breath comes to you.
That is enough for now.
